Lori Koenig- O'Fallon, MO
Lori was somewhat surprised when she learned that her teenage daughter had signed her up for a free sample session. Lori, who lovingly refers to herself as "Marathon Granny," was already a very active person. Although Lori was already an avid runner, she knew she was not as strong as she should or could be. Lori jumped into the program enthusiastically and could tell the difference immediately. She lost 10 pounds, toned her thighs and calves, and gained definition in her arm muscles. Lori received wonderful compliments from her family and friends and even improved her time in the next marathon she ran. Lori is a great example of why it is important to keep an open mind and try new things. She has been, and will continue to be, successful at the program.
Doris Westfall- St Charles, MO
Doris, a busy wife and working mother of three boys, wanted to make fitness a priority in her life. Doris' fitness goals were to lose ten to fifteen pounds and to become healthier in general. She had already started walking and using some aerobics DVDs, but she knew that she needed to do more. Doris and I began working together to achieve those goals and, in a short time she had reached them. Doris then faced some medical issues that disrupted her entire life. It was a difficult time for her, but with the support of family and friends, Doris kept her spirits high and was back into the swing of things very quickly, including exercise. I believe that Doris' fitness level was a factor in her quick medical recovery. Doris is a true success story- she has learned the value of fitness and will use what she has learned to continue her healthy lifestyle.
Sarah Holderman- St Charles, MO
Sarah lost more than 20 pounds in less than four months. She is dedicated to our exercise plan and has been making positive lifestyle changes, including increased cardio activity and a healthier diet. Sarah is very motivated, and I have no doubt that she will reach her fitness goals.
Kristy Watson- Independence, MO
Kristy is a mother of two young children who was struggling to lose her "baby" weight. We worked together for three months, and she lost 16 pounds and two pants sizes!
Shelby Johnson- Mission, KS
Shelby is a busy wife and mother of three children. She is already very slender, but wanted to tone up a bit. She also wanted to gain upper arm strength and work on regaining strength from a prior knee surgery. Her balance and strength have greatly improved, and she has lost 8 pounds.

Michele is a former athlete who had let her overeating and lack of exercise get out of control. She joined Weight Watchers and has been successful in changing her eating habits. She knew that she also needed to incorporate physical activity into her new lifestyle. We have been working together for nine months, and Michele has lost 66 pounds!

Brian is a busy professional man who loves to stay active and fit. He had become bored with his workout routine and was looking for a new way of challenging himself.
Brian's physique has become firmer and tighter, particularly his abs, and his pants are fitting more loosely!
Tim Roe- Independence, MO
Tim's goal is to lose 200 pounds. He is very dedicated and has been working hard to change his lifestyle. He has also recently undergone lap band surgery. Tim has lost a total of 56 pounds since we began working together eight months ago!
